Wednesday, June 25 2008 - NDNU Receives $400,000 Grant from Fletcher Jones Foundation to Upgrade Classrooms and Laboratories

The project calls for renovation of classrooms, science labs, and other facilities in St. Mary’s Hall as well as improving accessibility to the building which was erected in 1952. St. Mary’s primarily serves as classroom and laboratory facility for students. All of NDNU’s science laboratories are located in St Mary’s. The grant will be used to fund upgrades to the biology and biochemistry laboratories, computer labs, and other similar projects. Established in 1969, The Fletcher Jones Foundation supports private colleges and universities in California.
